Service and Refund Policy

At Studio Collipy, we take pride in delivering high-quality web design services and digital products. By engaging with our services or purchasing our products, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. Web Design Services
All payments made for web design projects are non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Deposits or retainers paid to begin work
- Milestone or installment payments
- Final project payments
We invest significant time, resources, and expertise into each project from the moment it begins. As such, refunds are not available once a project is initiated.
2. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of templates, graphics, or other downloadable items are final and non-refundable.
Once a file has been purchased or digitally delivered or downloaded, it cannot be returned.
3. Revisions & Support
We want you to be happy with the final result. Our services include:
- Revisions: As outlined in your project agreement or proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra fees.
- Post-Launch Support: We provide 9 days of complimentary support after the final delivery, as mentioned in the project contract. Extended support plans are available upon request and are wholly granted.
4. Cancellations
If you choose to cancel your project after work has started:
- Any payments made will not be refunded.
- You may be billed for any work completed up to the date of cancellation if unpaid.
5. Quality Commitment
While refunds are not provided, we are committed to delivering work that meets the agreed specifications. If you have concerns about your project, please contact us promptly so we can address them.
